Injuries & Football NSW Insurance

All players are covered by insurance provided by Football NSW.
If a player is SERIOUSLY injured during a game (or at training) and is admitted to hospital an ACCIDENT REPORT must be submitted within 48 hours of the injury occurring.  (Please also CC a copy of the report to This email address is being protected from spambots. NOTE:  This is only for SERIOUS injuries, and does not include being taken to the Accident/Emergency dept. of the hospital and allowed to go home.  This accident report is only to notify Gow-Gates (the insurer) and CC Strikers that you have sustained a SERIOUS injury.  It is NOT a claim.

Additional Notes:

Do not wait until your treatment has concluded before lodging your claim.
Government legislation prevents reimbursement of Medicare costs including the Medicare Gap.
