REGISTRATION AGE GROUPS are based on your age on 1st January each year.
eg...If you turn 7 anytime in 2026 you are an Under 7 player.
To play in the Under 6's a child must be turning 5 or 6 anytime in 2026. This is a Football Australia rule.
.  Every player at Strikers receives a free pair of socks and a playing shirt to keep at the end of the season.
.  All junior and youth players receive a free training jersey.
·  All Mixed U/6's and Girls U/7's also receive a free football.
.  $40 Family Discount available for 3rd and subsequent members of the same family (including parents). Will be available as a refund after start of season.
·  Additional training available by qualified professional coaches to supplement regular team training. 

NEW PLAYERS TO CC STRIKERS.
WELCOME!.  Especially to all our new Under 6′s (born in 2020 or 2021) who are playing football for the first time. We always try to place all our U/6 & U/7 players in the same team as their friends. REGISTRATION INFORMATION DAY.
We will be holding a Information Day for new players to Strikers on SUNDAY 1st FEB. 2-4pm at our clubhouse at St Matthews Farm.
This is a good opportunity to meet our Age Managers who will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Club Shorts will also be on sale. (Playing/training shirts plus club socks are provided free and will be distributed just prior to the season start.)

FAMILY DISCOUNT.
For 2026 we offer a $40 discount to the 3rd and subsequent player(s) in the same family. This includes any parent(s) that are also playing.
To claim this discount all children in the family must be registered under the same parent's PlayFootball account.
Due to limitations with the PlayFootball registrations system this discount has to be processed manually.
We will contact all eligible families to arrange their refund after the 2026 season has started.  

ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER (AKV).
The AKV provides a $50 discount off the cost of registering for U/6 to U/18 players.
To claim this $50 discount players must have their voucher number ready BEFORE registering. 
To apply for your voucher CLICK HERE   Vouchers are per child, not per family.
AKV's issued after 15/7/25 can still be used for the 2026 season.
Players can still register as per normal without an AKV.

2026 ON-LINE REGISTRATION
All registrations must be done on-line via PlayFootball.
Children U/6-U/18 must be registered under one of their parents PlayFootball account.
ie...A parent must have a PlayFootball account to register their child, even if that parent is not playing themselves.
If a parent (or a senior player) does not already have a PlayFootball Account CLICK HERE to create one.  
To receive our Family Discount children must be registered in PlayFootball under the same parent's account.

HOW TO REGISTER   (U/6 to U/11 Players)
(1) If using an AKV have your voucher number handy as it must be provided when registering. 
(2) U/6 to U/11 players generally do not need an ID photo.
(3)  Proof Of Age (POA) is only required for NEW U/6-U/11 players to Strikers. (Birth Certificate or Passport)
Either e-mail it to your Age Manager or bring it to our Information day (see above).  
(4) U/6-U/18 players in the same family must register under the same parents account in PlayFootball to obtain the family discount.
(5) CLICK HERE for a help guide about registering your child.
(6)  CLICK HERE to sign into PlayFootball and go directly to the CC Strikers portal in PlayFootball and select your product (Age-group).
(7) Parents need to register their child in their "true" age group.   (eg Turning 9 this year = U/9 Age-Group)
Players who "played-up a year in 2025" should contact their age-manager after completing their registration.
(8) Dates for U/8-U/11 team grading and U/6-U/8 Team Muster days will be advised as soon as we know which grounds will be available.

HOW TO REGISTER   (U/12 to O/45 Players.)
(1) ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER
If using a AKV have it ready before starting to register. (U/12 to U/18 only)
(2) ID PHOTO
Every U/12 to O/45 player needs an ID photo. 
If you do not already have a recent ID photo in PlayFootball have one ready BEFORE you start to register.
You will most likely need to crop the size of the photo (height - width) after loading it into PlayFootball.
Head and shoulders only, forward facing, no hat or glasses, neutral background. (avoid bright backgrounds).
A good quality photo taken with a smart phone is quite acceptable. It does not have to be a professional photo.

(3) PROOF of AGE (POA)
Only players who have never previously been issued with a MWFA players ID card (or digital ID) need provide their POA
Copy of Birth Certificate, Passport or Drivers Licence.  Please email your POA to your AGE-MANAGER
NOTE:  All U/12 players in 2026 will need to provide their POA unless they already provided their POA last year in the U/11's.
Players registering in the O/35, O/45, W/30, W/40 age groups for the first time may also need to provide their POA.  Check with your AGE-MANAGER

(4) MWFA APPLICATION TO REGISTER FORM
Any U/12- O/45 player who DID NOT PLAY for any MWFA club in 2025 needs to complete an MWFA Application form.

(5) REGISTER IN PLAYFOOTBALL
CLICK HERE to sign into PlayFootball and register via a direct link to the CC Strikers portal in PlayFootball.
If you do not already have a PlayFootball Account CLICK HERE to create one.

(6) PLAYFOOTBALL ADDITIONAL NOTES
U12-U/18 players must be registered under their parents account in PlayFootball. (Parents need an account even if they are not playing).
U/12 - U/16 players to be registered in their "true" age group.   (eg Turning 14 this year = U14 Age-Group)
Players who "played-up a year in 2025" should contact their age-manager after completing their registration.

U/16-U/18 players registering in U/21, A/L, W/AL can still use an Active Kids Voucher.
Discounted rate for U/18-21  players registering in a A/L or W/AL team.
